Aventura at Walton Hills is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Walton Hills, Ohio. Serving the community since 1988, we have provided quality healthcare with a patient focused team approach. We offer a variety of social and recreational activities, Convenient for visiting family and friends, our community is located a short distance from I-480 and I-271.
Our nurses and aides are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While physical, occupational, and speech therapies are offered daily in our spacious gym equipped with everything our patients need to get back on their feet.
